Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective medication therapy management based on clinical evidence.

Work closely with doctors and healthcare staff to optimize treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.

Perform medication reconciliation and educate patients on proper medication usage.

Take part in clinical rounds and contribute to patient care decisions.

Ensure all pharmacy practices follow regulatory guidelines and uphold the highest clinical standards.

Required Qualifications
A Pharm.D. degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is essential.

A valid pharmacist license issued by the relevant authority.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical pharmacy (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
