Job Description:
Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Wazirabad Campus is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will perform lab tests, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate, timely reports for patient diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) using advanced laboratory techniques.
• Operate and maintain lab instruments including centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and analyzers.
• Prepare reagents and solutions required for various diagnostic tests.
• Record and validate test results in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and biosafety guidelines.
• Assist the pathology team with internal audits and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to deliver accurate diagnostic insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BSc MLT).
• Preferably 1+ year of lab experience; fresh grads encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology testing.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced hospital environment.
