Salary package ranging from Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 32,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Family Hospital, located at 4 Mozang Road, Lahore, is currently seeking experienced and qualified Staff Nurses to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidates must possess a valid Nursing Diploma or a BS Nursing degree and have prior experience in hospital settings, particularly in the Labour Room, ICU, and Emergency Departments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital standards

Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to the medical team

Assist doctors in emergency procedures and critical care units

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and implement effective infection control measures to maintain a safe clinical environment.

Provide empathetic care and emotional support to patients and their families during their time at the hospital.

Requirements

Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN)

Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (Labour Room, ICU, or Emergency preferred)

Ability to work evening and night shifts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
