About the Role:
Ayub Teaching Hospital, a leading tertiary care facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Frontline Care Nurse to join our Inpatient Care Unit. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, and assisting in daily patient routines.
- Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, and allied health professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies and ethical standards.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care plans.
- Ensure infection control and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
- Respond to emergencies and participate in resuscitation efforts when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in General Nursing or Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- 1–2 years’ hospital experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in critical situations.
