Position Overview

As a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver personalized, holistic, and evidence-based nursing care tailored to meet individual patient needs. Your duties will involve conducting thorough patient assessments, adhering to strict safety protocols, and providing comprehensive support for a wide range of clinical tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and holistic nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with medical protocols.
• Ensure safe handling and correct usage of all medical equipment and supplies.
• Administer medications responsibly, referring to drug manuals and pharmacy guidance when necessary; monitor and report patient responses.
• Demonstrate competence in electronic monitoring equipment and patient assessment tools.
• Create and execute personalized care plans based on thorough patient assessments.
• Educate and counsel patients regarding their conditions and health practices.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary healthcare staff.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as delegated by the nursing supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Valid registration/license with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
• Strong knowledge of patient care planning and protocol-based practice.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
