Job Overview

Liaquat University Hospital Hyderabad, seeks a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental department. Moreover, we expect the successful candidate to provide comprehensive oral health services, while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary medical teams. In addition, you will lead patient consultations, perform treatments, and support preventive care programs across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients and diagnose dental conditions; then recommend and perform appropriate treatments such as fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, crowns, and scaling.

• Provide preventive care and deliver clear oral-hygiene education to patients and families.

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records, and ensure timely follow-up care.

• Coordinate care with surgeons, pediatricians, and other specialists to support holistic patient outcomes.

• Supervise dental assistants and trainees, and therefore contribute to ongoing departmental training.

• Keep up with modern dental techniques and equipment to continuously improve patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized university.

• Valid registration with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).

• 1–3 years clinical experience preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong house-job experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient communication.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospital environment and manage emergency dental cases when needed.
