About the Role:

Memon Hospital is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Officer to oversee clinical operations in Karachi. This role is vital for maintaining the health and well-being of our workforce. It ensures that employees receive consistent, high-quality medical care within the industrial environment.

As the appointed doctor, you will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and deliver immediate medical attention. You will also manage outpatient care tailored to the unique and diverse healthcare needs of employees. Your core duties include diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, creating evidence-based treatment plans, and maintaining meticulous clinical documentation. In addition, preventive healthcare will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will focus on promoting workplace health awareness, reducing occupational risks, and implementing proactive health management initiatives.

Operating as a trusted healthcare advisor, you will work closely with administrative and safety teams. Together, you will develop and execute occupational health strategies that enhance employee safety, productivity, and overall well-being. Moreover, you will conduct regular health monitoring, maintain emergency preparedness, and integrate medical best practices into daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
• 6–8 years of clinical expertise, ideally gained in an industrial or organizational healthcare context

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid in industrial accidents to ensure employee safety
• Provide daily outpatient medical care and consultations to company staff
• Coordinate with panel hospitals for referrals, diagnostics, and follow-up treatments
• Work night shifts as required to maintain 24/7 medical coverage
