Key Responsibilities

• As a Medical Officer, your responsibilities will be diverse and rewarding. In this role, you will:
• Conduct initial consultations with patients, offering clear explanations of fertility treatment options and guiding them through their clinical journey.
• Record comprehensive medical histories to support accurate diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans.
• Assist consultants during outpatient clinic hours (OPD), ensuring that patient flow remains smooth and care delivery stays efficient.
• Monitor patients’ progress throughout all treatment cycles while maintaining precise, up-to-date medical records.
• Educate and counsel patients on procedures, medications, and necessary lifestyle adjustments, thereby enhancing their understanding and comfort.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, nurses, and other clinical teams to guarantee timely interventions and continuity of care.
• Address patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
• Provide immediate support during emergencies and ensure that all clinical guidelines and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

• To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
• Hold a completed MBBS or MCPS degree from a reputable medical institute in Pakistan.
• Maintain up-to-date PMDC registration.
• Possess at least two years of hands-on clinical experience, ideally in obstetrics, gynecology, or reproductive medicine.
• Have practical experience or familiarity with Transvaginal Sonography (TVS), which will be considered a valuable asset.
• Demonstrate excellent diagnostic abilities combined with effective patient management skills.
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal strengths, enabling you to counsel patients with confidence.
• Provide patient care with empathy, kindness, and a commitment to the highest standards of medical practice.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment while maintaining organizational effectiveness.
