Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, and assisting in daily patient routines.
• Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, and allied health professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies and ethical standards.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care plans.
• Ensure infection control and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in resuscitation efforts when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in General Nursing or Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
• 1–2 years’ hospital experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in critical situations.
