As a Junior Dental Care Associate, you will work under the direct supervision of experienced dental professionals, assisting them in a wide range of clinical and administrative tasks. This includes preparing patients for dental procedures, sterilizing instruments, maintaining clean and organized treatment areas, and providing chairside support during examinations and treatments. You will play an important role in ensuring the comfort and safety of patients while supporting the efficiency of clinical operations.

This position is particularly well-suited for fresh graduates, recent dental diploma holders, or individuals with basic dental training who are eager to learn and grow within the dental field. You will gain valuable hands-on experience and receive practical training that will enhance your skills, expand your clinical knowledge, and prepare you for advanced roles in dental care and healthcare support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during procedures and maintain a clean operative field
• Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms
• Manage patient records and appointment scheduling
• Provide post-treatment guidance to patients
• Ensure high hygiene standards in the clinic

Requirements:

• Diploma in Dental Assistantship or any relevant certification
• Basic knowledge of dental instruments and hygiene practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to growth in a clinical role.
• Currently based in Sukkur or open to relocating for the role.
