We are now inviting fresh graduates and entry-level professionals to join our team as Junior Lab Technician & Front Desk Assistant in a part-time capacity.

This Part- Time role provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in two key areas of healthcare service: laboratory operations and front desk patient management. As a Junior Lab Technician, you will assist senior staff in preparing and processing diagnostic tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that laboratory standards for safety and accuracy are met. Meanwhile, your responsibilities as a Front Desk Assistant will include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting the overall workflow of the center to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sample collection and preparation for diagnostic testing
• Perform routine laboratory procedures under supervision
• Oversee front desk activities, including registering patients and addressing their inquiries efficiently.
• Deliver test reports and explain procedures to patients clearly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized laboratory and reception environment.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly within the facility

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or a relevant certification
• Recent graduates and individuals with up to one year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced medical environment
• Basic proficiency in using computers and lab-related software
