Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Set up, organize, and maintain laboratory equipment and materials for both teaching and research activities.
• Assist faculty and students during experiments by offering technical guidance while ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols.
• Conduct routine tests, calibrations, and quality checks to guarantee the accuracy of all instruments.
• Manage inventory effectively by ordering supplies, tracking usage, and storing chemicals and tools properly.
• Enforce safety protocols through regular inspections and by actively managing potential hazards.
• Document experiments, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for both academic and administrative purposes.
• Collaborate with faculty members to improve laboratory procedures and support research projects more efficiently.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who bring:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing educational or research laboratory operations.
• A Matric, Intermediate, or Technical Diploma in a relevant field, preferably Science or Engineering.
• Exceptional attention to detail, testing accuracy, and sound knowledge of laboratory safety practices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and dedication to supporting both students and faculty in their academic activities.
