Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other body samples.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment for daily use.
• Ensure accurate test results and deliver reports on time.
• Collect and label patient samples while following safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to provide timely diagnostic support.
• Regularly calibrate and service lab equipment while monitoring quality standards.
• Follow infection control and biosafety guidelines to create a safe work environment.
• Keep laboratory data records organized, updated, and confidential.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hematology, microbiology, and biochemistry techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle laboratory instruments effectively.
• Show excellent communication abilities and work well as part of a professional team.
• Must hold valid registration with a recognized medical laboratory council/board.
