Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from an accredited institution.
Valid certification or license from relevant medical authorities.
Previous experience as a Laboratory Technician in a hospital, diagnostic center, or clinic.
Knowledge of advanced laboratory techniques and familiarity with modern equipment.
Proven capacity to solve problems effectively while maintaining accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a medical team.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both staff and patients.
