As a Laboratory Technician in City Clinic Muzaffargarh, your responsibilities will include:
Collecting, labeling, and processing patient samples with care and accuracy.
Performing a wide range of tests, including hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology.
Ensuring that all laboratory instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
Recording, analyzing, and interpreting results to assist doctors in diagnosis.
Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines strictly.
Managing inventory of laboratory supplies and ensuring timely replenishment.
Communicating effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while handling patient data.
Each of these responsibilities contributes to accurate diagnosis and effective patient treatment, which are central to City Clinic’s commitment to quality healthcare.
Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a related field.
Valid certification or registration from a recognized authority.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Strong knowledge of diagnostic procedures and quality control standards.
Proficiency in handling modern lab equipment and computer-based data entry.
Excellent observation, documentation, and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining precision.
Candidates with prior experience in hospital or private clinic labs will be preferred.
