Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical evaluations of laboratory hardware and software systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve lab system issues efficiently
• Support the setup, upkeep, and enhancement of lab systems and server infrastructure.
• Collaborate with system engineers, lab technicians, and scientists to ensure proper lab functionality
• Monitor network systems and ensure lab connectivity and security
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of lab performance and activities
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with institutional and national lab standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a lab or technical environment
• Strong understanding of lab management systems, hardware/software integration, and networking basics
• Skilled in diagnosing issues and maintaining servers and laboratory equipment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and documentation
