Monitor patient progress regularly and update medical records accordingly.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control procedures, and reporting standards.
Actively participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and departmental reviews.
Educate patients on preventive healthcare, lifestyle adjustments, and medication usage.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information responsibly.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide stabilization when needed.
MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
Valid PMDC/PMC registration.
House job completed in relevant specialties.
Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak hours.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
Familiarity with electronic medical records will be an added advantage.
