This position is available on both part-time bases with rotational shifts (morning, evening, night). The selected candidate will work in a multi-specialty clinical environment, ensuring effective patient care and medical coordination.

Responsibilities in the Medical Officer Role

• Provide medical care to patients across outpatient clinics, hospital wards, and emergency units.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide follow-up care
• Collaborate with senior consultants and allied health staff for integrated patient management
• Oversee junior medical staff and contribute expert guidance during ward rounds and clinical activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the hospital’s digital system
• Refer cases to specialized departments as needed
• Take part in quality audits, collaborative case reviews, and regular departmental meetings

Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Officer Job

• MBBS degree from a PMC-recognized university
• Completed house job in medicine and surgery
• Active registration with the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC)
• Basic understanding of EMR systems
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills
• Certifications in BLS or ACLS will be considered an added advantage.
