Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and patient-centered medical care at the community clinic.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Promote preventive care, health education, and disease awareness among patients and local communities.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Coordinate with nurses, community health workers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Participate in public health campaigns, outreach programs, and data reporting activities.
• Uphold medical ethics, safety protocols, and SHINE Humanity’s mission-driven approach in every aspect of care.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess an MBBS or an equivalent qualification from an accredited medical university.
• Valid medical license and registration (PMDC or relevant authority).
• Minimum 2 years of post-house job experience, preferably in NGO, rural health, or community-based setting.
• Prior experience working in under-resourced environments is a strong advantage.

Skills Required:

• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic abilities.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and healthcare-related software tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven capability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and aligning efforts toward shared healthcare objectives.
