Medical Services Supervisor Full Time Job

Job Overview

DHQ Teaching Hospital Sargodha seeks a dedicated Medical Services Supervisor to join its healthcare management team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth delivery of medical services by coordinating daily operations, supporting clinical staff, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate across departments, address workflow challenges, and help implement initiatives that enhance patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical activities in OPD, Emergency, and Inpatient departments.
  • Schedule and supervise junior staff and interns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage patient data securely.
  • Coordinate with nursing and paramedical teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist the Medical Superintendent during audits and inspections.
  • Support training programs and introduce updated healthcare policies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: MBBS degree from a PMDC-recognized medical college (foreign graduates must submit equivalency).
  • Experience: At least one year of house job; preference for hospital administration exposure.
  • Registration: Valid PMDC license with full registration.
  • Age Limit: 25–35 years.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; familiarity with hospital management systems is beneficial.
