Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and deliver individualized treatment plans for inpatients and outpatients.
• Manage emergency neurological cases promptly, including acute stroke stabilization and seizure control.
• Interpret EEG, NCV, and EMG results, and advise on further diagnostic steps.
• Develop follow-up plans and monitor patient progress to ensure effective recovery.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families; moreover, educate them on diagnosis and long-term care.
• Coordinate care with consultants, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation teams to build multidisciplinary pathways.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff; additionally, lead teaching rounds and participate in continuous medical education.
• Maintain clear, accurate records at all times and help strengthen care through audits and quality projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS plus FCPS/MD or equivalent specialization in Neurology from a recognized university or board.
• At least three years of clinical neurology experience; teaching or research experience will strengthen your application.
• Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on familiarity with EEG, NCV, and EMG procedures.
• Experience in acute stroke care, epilepsy management, or neuromuscular disorders is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner.
• You must hold a valid Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) registration or equivalent license.
