Provide bedside patient care, including monitoring vital signs and recording observations.
Administer medications accurately according to the doctor’s instructions.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
Maintain updated patient records, nursing notes, and treatment histories.
Follow strict hygiene and infection-control protocols to protect patients and staff.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans, recovery steps, and preventive care.
Coordinate with the emergency, OPD, and inpatient departments for smooth operations.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and assist with sample collection when needed.
Ensure patient comfort by offering support, guidance, and timely care.
Respond quickly and confidently to medical emergencies.
Report any changes in patient condition immediately to the medical team.
Maintain nursing equipment, ensure cleanliness, and manage supplies efficiently.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance clinical skills.
Diploma in Nursing (RN/ LHV/ CNA) from a recognized institute.
Valid registration with the relevant nursing council.
At least 1–2 years of clinical experience (hospital experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure, especially during busy shifts.
Willingness to work flexible timings, including evenings or weekends.
