Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vitals, assessing symptoms, and recording medical histories.

• Administer medications according to prescriptions and ensure patients understand dosage instructions.

• Assist doctors during examinations, minor procedures, and emergency treatments.

• Perform wound dressing, IV cannulation, injections, and other routine nursing procedures.

• Support maternal and child health services, including antenatal care, vaccination, and counseling.

• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment while following infection-control standards.

• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, hygiene practices, and post-treatment care.

• Manage OPD flow, triage patients efficiently, and identify emergency cases quickly.

• Document patient data accurately, both manually and through digital systems when available.

• Participate in health campaigns, polio drives, and community outreach programs as required.

• Coordinate with lab, pharmacy, and administrative staff to ensure smooth facility operations.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in General Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or LHV degree from a recognized institute.

• Valid license or registration according to the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
