Job Summary:

The University of Sargodha is currently hiring a highly organized and proactive Pharmaceutical Operations Coordinator to support the efficient management of its internal pharmacy services. This dynamic role encompasses both technical pharmaceutical responsibilities and administrative duties, including oversight of academic partnerships, coordination of student placement programs, and facilitation of collaborative initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within the university’s pharmaceutical and academic framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmaceutical inventory, storage, and compliance within departmental labs and dispensaries.
• Work with faculty to manage pharmacy student rotations.
• Support regulatory documentation and procurement processes.
• Maintain records of drugs issued and returned for academic or institutional use.
• Liaise with external partners and regulatory bodies as directed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Pharm-D from a HEC-recognized university
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharmacy practice or pharmaceutical operations
• License: Valid Punjab Pharmacy Council registration
• Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, familiar with drug protocols, and proficient in MS Office
