This full-time position is intended for an individual holding a valid pharmacy category license and possessing a solid command of pharmaceutical knowledge, including the safe handling, dispensing, and monitoring of medications.

In this capacity, you will oversee the responsible management of pharmaceutical inventories, ensuring that all dispensing activities meet the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will also provide informed guidance to patients about proper medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions, making their safety and understanding your top priorities. Beyond dispensing, your expertise will support the wider healthcare team through clinical consultations and the implementation of best practices in pharmacy operations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities and confidence in both written and spoken English, enabling effective communication with colleagues, patients, and external partners. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ethical practice are vital, as is a willingness to adapt to evolving industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with doctors and patients about products and prescriptions.
• Manage monthly stock reports and check product expiry dates.
• Cross-check daily purchases and sales for accuracy.
• Handle licensing matters with the CDC office when needed.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all company documentation meets manufacturer requirements and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Valid pharmacy category/license (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Must not be planning to go abroad within the next 6 months.
