Key Responsibilities

• Administer a variety of physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and attendants on posture, home-based exercises, and prevention.
• Track rehabilitation milestones, keep precise clinical records, and update physiotherapy programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with consultants, surgeons, and nurses to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure infection control, equipment safety, and departmental hygiene.
• Prepare daily caseload reports and contribute to audit and quality improvement.
• Guide support staff and interns where applicable.

Job Requirements

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Valid registration with Punjab/Provincial Rehabilitation Council (or eligibility in process).
• 0–2 years’ clinical experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, documentation, and treatment protocols.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a busy hospital setting.
• Effective communication, empathy, and patient-handling skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office/EMR for notes and reporting.
