Job Description:

CMH Wah Cantt is seeking a compassionate, qualified, and proactive Registered Clinical Nurse for its Female Medical Ward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-standard nursing care in a disciplined and dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs regularly.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Support patients and families emotionally and physically.
• Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures.
• Ensure hygiene standards and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and healthcare staff for quality care delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma in General Nursing + Midwifery (recognized by PNC).
• Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in military or semi-government hospital setups.
• Knowledge of emergency response and CPR.
• Team collaboration and multitasking ability.
