Clear communication with doctors and patients, accurate documentation, and adherence to hospital standards will also be key aspects of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Give a full report to the next shift (patient status, files, charts, etc.)
• Provide calm, compassionate patient care.
• Follow treatment plans and help patients recover
• Collaborate with doctors to address patient needs.
• Give medicines and keep accurate records
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow doctor’s orders and clarify doubts.
• Help doctors during rounds and note their instructions
• Prepare patients and tools for procedures
• Keep detailed records of all nursing care
• Follow doctor’s orders, clarify any doubts immediately.
• Ensure all medical supplies are stocked and ready
• Check and record blood sugar and vital signs
• Take blood samples and help with lab tests
• Insert IV lines (cannulation)
• Report any patient or staff issues quickly
• Guide student nurses and nurse aides
• Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor.
