Job Summary:

Mubarak Medical Complex Sargodha is currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and organized individual to join our team as a Rehabilitation Services Coordinator. This vital position plays a key role in supporting our Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care across both outpatient and inpatient settings. The Rehabilitation Services Coordinator will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, physicians, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to manage and coordinate rehabilitation services for a diverse range of patients.

Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of rehabilitation programs, facilitating communication between patients and care providers, and ensuring each patient receives a tailored and effective rehabilitation plan. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in physical therapy, rehabilitation sciences, healthcare management, or a related field who is passionate about patient wellness, recovery, and the coordination of therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physiotherapists in planning and implementing rehabilitation programs
• Coordinate patient appointments and treatment records
• Monitor therapy progress and report to senior clinical staff
• Support therapy-related documentation and administrative tasks
• Facilitate internal patient movement between rehab and other departments

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: DPT from a HEC-recognized university
• Experience: 1+ year in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Skills: Basic patient handling, record keeping, and good interpersonal communication
• Additional: Familiarity with therapy equipment and rehab protocols a plus
