The RMO Night Shift role is vital for ensuring patient safety, timely treatments, and smooth communication across medical teams. Furthermore, you will manage clinical documentation, track patient recovery, and provide essential support to inpatients and outpatients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to patients during night shifts
• Monitor patient conditions and update senior doctors promptly
• Handle emergencies with calm and professionalism
• Assist in managing general and gynecological cases
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure patient safety while following all hospital protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff

Requirements

• MBBS degree (must be required)
• 2–3 years of experience in Gynae, Pediatrics, or Medicine
• Completed house job with relevant rotations
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
• Strong clinical and communication abilities
• Willingness to work night shifts
