Staff Nurse / Clinical Assistant Full Time Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality home-based patient care as per assigned duty hours (10 hours or 16 hours live-in shifts).
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medication administration.
• Monitor patient health conditions and report to supervising medical staff when necessary.
• Maintain a hygienic, secure, and comforting environment tailored to the patient’s needs.
• Maintain clear documentation of patient care and activity logs as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualified General Nurse, Licensed LHV, Certified Midwife, or experienced Ayaa with a background in patient care.
• Valid PNC registration, LHV, or Midwifery Diploma is mandatory (where applicable).
• At least 1 year of practical experience in patient care, either in a hospital or home-based setting.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including live-in duties where needed.
• Priority will be given to candidates who demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a strong commitment to patient care.
