Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold one of the following nursing qualifications: General Nursing Diploma, Post RN (Registered Nurse), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Active licensure with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) is a prerequisite for application. Prior clinical or hospital experience is valued; however, fresh graduates demonstrating a passion for patient care are also encouraged to apply. Candidates must be open to working rotational shifts to meet the hospital’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including administering prescribed treatments and medications.
• Assist in clinical procedures, establish IV lines, and support diagnostic evaluations.
• Design and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring continuity of care.
• Deliver patient and family education focused on treatments, recovery support, and proactive healthcare measures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, supporting seamless communication among the healthcare team.
• Uphold strict infection control protocols and prepare medical instruments and spaces for safe use.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions, including administering first aid.
• Collaborate with doctors, supervisors, and allied staff to provide cohesive, patient-focused care.
