As an Associate Dental Surgeon, you will play a vital role in supporting senior dental consultants across multiple specialties, assisting in the delivery of complex dental procedures, and ensuring patients receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include conducting preliminary assessments, preparing patients for treatments, managing chairside assistance, and maintaining meticulous treatment records. You will also provide follow-up care instructions, help educate patients on oral hygiene practices, and uphold safety and infection control protocols in compliance with institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior consultants in cosmetic and restorative dental procedures
• Perform basic to moderate procedures including scaling, polishing, fillings, and simple extractions
• Conduct patient examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and design preliminary treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure quality patient interactions
• Deliver clear instructions to patients regarding oral care routines and treatment aftercare.
• Actively participate in training programs, clinical workshops, and collaborative hospital projects.

Qualifications:

• BDS degree from a PMDC/PMC-recognized institution
• Valid PMC registration (Essential)
• Suitable for early-career professionals; fresh dental graduates are encouraged to join our team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to professional ethics and patient care

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to cosmetic or aesthetic dentistry
