Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to admitted patients, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vitals.
• Work closely with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the hospital’s EMR system.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery, and post-discharge care.
• Follow established infection prevention measures and adhere to all hospital safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in General Nursing or BScN from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Strong communication, empathy, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with rotational shifts.
