Job Overview

Ittefaq Hospital (Trust), one of Lahore’s leading healthcare institutions, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse for its part-time evening shift. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated nursing professional to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Working Monday to Saturday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, you will assist in patient care while collaborating with a skilled healthcare team. The role is ideal for nurses who want to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while building their professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive bedside care and assist in clinical procedures.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and report changes promptly.
• Keep precise and up-to-date patient records while following hospital documentation standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and allied healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Offer emotional support and educate patients and families on treatment and recovery.
• Follow infection control policies and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• BSN or a Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from a certified institution.
• Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• BLS certification will be considered an added advantage.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong clinical judgment and patient-care abilities.
• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and medical equipment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
