Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the NICU, PICU, and pediatric wards.
• Track and document patient vitals, symptoms, and conditions.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately.
• Develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Communicate clearly with medical teams and families.
• Educate families about recovery and preventive health.
• Keep detailed records of all nursing procedures.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery or BSN from a recognized institution.
• Active registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
• 1–2 years’ experience in NICU, PICU, or pediatric wards (fresh graduates with relevant training may apply).
• Strong pediatric assessment and emergency care skills.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
