Role Overview:

The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), a leading humanitarian organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities across Pakistan, is seeking a skilled Clinical Movement Specialist to join its Physiotherapy Department in Quetta. As a Clinical Movement Specialist, you will provide advanced physical rehabilitation and patient-centered therapy. You will assess individuals with mobility challenges, design and implement customized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based techniques to improve movement, reduce pain, and enhance patients’ quality of life. Moreover, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior therapists, and participate in outreach programs that extend rehabilitation services to underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to create personalized therapy plans.
• Use manual therapy, targeted exercises, and electrotherapy techniques to enhance mobility and improve overall physical function.
• Monitor and record patients’ progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
• Coordinate with doctors, orthopedic specialists, and rehabilitation staff for integrated care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home-based exercises.
• Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to data privacy regulations.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients through effective communication.

Who We’re Looking For:

• DPT or BSPT degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Pakistan Physical Therapy Council (PPTC).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedic or neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build supportive and trusting relationships.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in culturally diverse and resource-limited environments.
