This full-time position offers a rare chance to make a lasting impact in rural and marginalized communities facing poverty, displacement, and limited medical access.

Additionally, you will build local healthcare capacity by training, mentoring, and evaluating staff. As a result, your efforts will create a sustainable health system that empowers communities to thrive.
This role requires close cooperation with local authorities, community leaders, and other humanitarian organizations. Moreover, your work will align with national health cluster priorities and optimize resource allocation.
By analyzing health trends and reporting outcomes, you will also contribute to evidence-based strategies that strengthen Mercy Corps’ programs in Balochistan.
