Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and review prescriptions for accuracy and suitability.
• Provide drug-related information and recommendations to physicians and patients.
• Maintain and monitor the hospital’s drug inventory system.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and government regulations regarding pharmaceutical practices.
• Take part in rounds and support therapy improvements.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Pharm-D from a recognized university.
• At least 2 years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of drug interactions, contraindications, and treatment guidelines.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
