Consultant ENT Surgeon Full Time Job

Job Summary:

Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) is looking for a dedicated and proficient Consultant ENT Surgeon – Head & Neck Specialist to strengthen our surgical services at the Gujrat Regional Facility in Sindh. This role is ideal for a specialist who combines advanced surgical expertise with a patient-first mindset, committed to improving the lives of individuals affected by disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.

In this position, you will oversee the entire continuum of ENT care, from accurate diagnosis and treatment planning to the execution of complex surgical procedures. Your scope of work will cover managing chronic and acute ENT cases, addressing head and neck pathologies, and implementing innovative medical and surgical solutions to enhance patient recovery. A collaborative approach is key, as you will work closely with anesthesiologists, oncologists, audiologists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in both routine and advanced ENT surgeries, a commitment to clinical excellence, and the ability to mentor junior medical staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced ENT diagnostic procedures, including endoscopies and audiometric evaluations.
• Conduct surgeries related to sinus, tonsil, thyroid, and facial trauma cases.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, radiologists, and oncologists for complex surgical interventions.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient care services while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Supervise and train junior doctors and residents (if applicable).
• Contribute to medical documentation, case studies, and hospital audits.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS from a recognized institution with valid PMDC/PMC registration.
• FCPS/FRCS/MS in ENT or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in ENT/Head & Neck Surgery.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing ENT surgeries and effectively handling emergency cases related to ear, nose, and throat disorders.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in otoscopic and endoscopic examinations.
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to lead and manage ENT camps in rural or semi-urban areas.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Gujrat (Sindh Region).
