Job Description:

Medicare Pharmacy & Surgical Store is currently looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Pharmaceutical Sales and Dispensing Officer to join our dedicated team in Sargodha. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications. You will be responsible for verifying prescriptions, preparing and labeling medications, managing inventory levels, and maintaining regulatory compliance. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will also be expected to provide professional guidance and exceptional service to customers, addressing their concerns, offering medication counseling, and promoting health awareness.

You will work closely with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and other team members to support the smooth operation of the pharmacy. Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and standards.
• Provide medication counseling to customers.
• Manage stock levels and perform inventory checks.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely medicine procurement.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the pharmacy.
• Generate daily sales and dispensing reports.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure safe disposal of expired products.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from an accredited institute.
• Registration with the Punjab Pharmacy Council (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of medicines, dosages, and contraindications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Skilled at delivering quality service in fast-paced, customer-interactive settings.
