Job Overview:

The Indus Community Health Network (ICHN), inspired by the renowned Indus Hospital & Health Network, is dedicated to providing accessible, free, and quality primary healthcare services to underserved communities across South Punjab. Our Dera Ghazi Khan unit, a cornerstone of our mission, focuses on preventive care, maternal and child health, chronic disease management, and overall family wellness. As we expand our impact, we are looking for a Primary Care Physician in Dera Ghazi Khan who is passionate about holistic community health.

In this full-time role, you will lead our family medicine services, delivering comprehensive care across all age groups. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and prevent illnesses while addressing the unique healthcare challenges of underserved populations. Your responsibilities will include participating in community outreach programs, conducting public health awareness sessions, and helping design targeted interventions to improve overall health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and acute patient consultations.
• Diagnose and manage routine illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive care.
• Supervise medical assistants and nursing staff.
• Participate in immunization drives and maternal-child health initiatives.
• Maintain patient records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
• Educate the community on hygiene, nutrition, and health practices.

Position Details:

• Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in General Practice or Family Medicine
  Qualification: MBBS with a valid PMDC license (FCPS/MCPS in Family Medicine is highly desirable)
