Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
• Supervise junior pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
• Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions and ensure correct dosage and administration.
• Provide expert advice on drug interactions, side effects, and proper medication use.
• Oversee pharmaceutical inventory, procurement, and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare rules and safety standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of medication dispensing and stock movement.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to improve patient treatment plans.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Assist in developing pharmacy policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from an accredited institution.
• Valid registration with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of professional experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy.
• Key Skills and Attributes:
  In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, hospital pharmacy protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication, counseling, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and pharmacy software systems.
